How to Play Open PlayAccountBooking a CourtOpen PlayLive StatusTroubleshootingFAQs

How to Play Open Play

The fastest way to get on a court — no reservation, no time slot to pick. Here’s exactly how it works, start to finish:

  1. 1Create an account. An account is required for Open Play — sign up with your name, email, and a password (see account details). The Create Account sign up form, asking for full name, email, profile picture, phone, skill level, password, and a drawn signature to agree
  2. 2Press “Join Open Play.” Go to Book a Court, switch to the Join Open Play tab, and click Request to Join Open Play. This sends your request — it doesn’t put you in line yet.The Book a Court page with the Join Open Play tab selected and the Request to Join Open Play button
  3. 3Pay at the counter. Head to the front desk and pay for your visit (₱150) on-site. Active members skip this — membership waives the per-visit fee.
  4. 4Wait for staff to check you in. This is the approval step — once staff confirms your payment and checks you in, you’re added to the live waiting queue. You’ll see “Request sent” on the Open Play tab until this happens.A Request Sent confirmation card telling you to pay on-site while staff add you to the live queue
  5. 5Watch your spot. Once checked in, follow your position on the Live Status board. You’ll be assigned to a court automatically as one opens up.A queue position card showing #8, your spot in the queue, with a Leave Queue button

More detail on how the queue and 5-hour session work below under Open Play.

Creating an account & logging in

You don’t need an account to book a court as a guest (see booking without an account), but an account gets you faster booking, access to Open Play, and a My Account page to see and cancel your reservations.

To sign up:

  1. 1Go to Sign Up (top right of the site).
  2. 2Enter your name, email, phone (optional), skill level, and a password.
  3. 3Passwords need at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.
  4. 4You're logged in immediately after signing up.

After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes. This protects your account from someone guessing your password — wait it out, or reset your password.

Forgot your password?

  1. 1On the login page, click Forgot password?
  2. 2Enter your email. You’ll always see the same confirmation message whether or not that email is registered — this protects your privacy.
  3. 3Check your email for a reset link. It expires 1 hour after it’s sent.
  4. 4Click the link, set a new password, and you'll be logged in automatically.

You can only request a password reset for the same account once every 7 days. If you request again sooner, the page still shows the confirmation message, but no new email is sent — this stops someone from spamming your inbox. If you’re stuck and it’s been less than 7 days, contact staff.

Booking a court

  1. 1Go to Courts or Book a Court.
  2. 2Pick your court — three courts are available, each showing its capacity (singles = 2 players, doubles = 4 players).
  3. 3Pick a date and time — book up to 14 days ahead, in 1–4 hour blocks, any time from opening until 4:00 PM (courts open at 8:00 AM Mon–Thu and 7:00 AM Fri–Sun). Already-booked times are greyed out automatically.
  4. 4Enter your details — party size and optional notes. Add any rental equipment or other add-ons, and a promo code if you have one.
  5. 5Review and confirm — you’ll be sent to a secure checkout (powered by PayMongo) to pay.

Your booking is confirmed instantlyonce payment goes through, no staff review needed. The slot is held for a few minutes while you pay, so whoever pays first gets the court. After paying, you’ll land on a confirmation page with your confirmation code — save it; staff can look up your booking by this code even without an account.

Booking without an account

  1. 1Go to Book a Court while logged out.
  2. 2Fill out the same steps as above, plus your name and a phone number or email so staff can reach you.
  3. 3Pay through the same secure checkout as above — there's no separate receipt to upload.
  4. 4You'll get a confirmation code at the end — your only way to reference the booking later, so don't lose it.

Guest bookings are rate-limited to prevent abuse — no more than a handful of bookings from the same connection in a short window. If you see “Too many booking attempts,” wait a bit and try again, or contact staff directly.

Open Play (the live queue)

Open Play is walk-in, first-come-first-served court time — no reservation needed.

  1. 1Request to join from the Open Play page (requires an account) — this just lets staff know you’re coming.
  2. 2Pay and check in on-site. Staff check you into the live queue once you’ve paid (₱150 per visit) — active members join straight in, no per-visit charge.
  3. 3Wait your turn. The Live Status board shows the queue grouped into numbered queues — Queue 1 plays next, then Queue 2, and so on (courts that only fit 2 players split a queue into two games).
  4. 4Play. Once a court opens up and enough players are waiting, you’re assigned automatically. If auto-filled, you’ll see “Head to your court” with a 3-minute countdown.
  5. 5Your session buys you 5 hours of actual play time — waiting in line doesn’t count against it. Once used up, you won’t be re-added to the queue after your current game ends.

You can leave the queue any time before you’re placed in a game — look for “Leave Queue” next to your entry.

Leaving doesn’t forfeit time you haven’t used. If you still have play time left on today’s session, My Account and the Open Play tab will show a Rejoin Queue button — hop back in any time before the day ends, no need to pay again. That remaining time only holds for the day you checked in, though: it doesn’t carry over. Come back tomorrow and you’ll need a fresh Request to Join Open Play (and payment) to start a new 5-hour session, even if you had time left over from today.

Faster than opening the site: look for the “Scan to rejoin the queue” QR code on the TV board or posted around the venue. Scan it with your phone while logged in and, if you’ve still got time left on today’s session, it puts you straight back in line — same thing as tapping Rejoin Queue yourself, just without needing to find the site first.

Used up your whole 5 hours and want to keep playing? Send another Request to Join Open Play the same day — paying again starts a brand new 5-hour session right away, no waiting for tomorrow.

Live Status board & My Account

The Live Status page (no login needed) shows every court’s status, the current Open Play queue, and the day’s reservation schedule — updating automatically every few seconds.

If you’re logged in, My Account lists everything you’ve reserved, with the ability to cancel upcoming ones. Guest bookings aren’t tied to an account, so they won’t appear here — use your confirmation code with staff instead.

Troubleshooting

I didn't get my password reset email.

Check spam first. It may be because you already requested one in the last 7 days — the most common cause. Contact staff if you're still stuck.

The time slot I want is greyed out.

It's already booked, in the past, before the court opens that day, or the duration doesn't fit before the 4:00 PM reservation cutoff. Try a shorter duration or different time.

"Too many booking attempts from this connection."

An anti-spam limit on guest bookings. Wait a while, try a different network, or ask staff to book you in manually.

My payment failed or the checkout expired.

The booking is cancelled automatically, but nothing's lost — go to My Account (or use your confirmation code) and look for a Retry Payment button to reopen checkout and try again.

It says an account already exists.

That email is already registered — use Forgot password? instead of signing up again.

I'm locked out after failed logins.

Wait 15 minutes and try again, or reset your password.

FAQs

Do I need an account to book a court?

No — you can book as a guest, you'll just need your confirmation code since there's no account to look the booking up under.

Do I need an account for Open Play?

Yes — joining the queue requires an account so staff can check you in and track your session.

How far ahead can I book?

Up to 14 days.

Can I add rentals or use a promo code?

Yes — both are part of the same checkout when you book a court. Add-ons and any valid promo code are applied to your total before you pay.

How long is an open play session?

5 hours of actual play time per visit — waiting in line doesn't use it up.

I left the queue with time left — do I lose it?

Not for the rest of that day. My Account and the Open Play tab will offer a Rejoin Queue button for your remaining time, no repayment needed. It doesn't carry over to a new day, though — that requires a fresh request and payment.

What's the QR code on the TV board for?

It's a shortcut back into the queue. Scan it with your phone while logged in and, if you've still got time left on today's session, you're rejoined instantly — no need to open the site and find the Rejoin Queue button yourself.

How do I know when it's my turn?

Watch the Live Status board — when a court is assigned to your group, it'll show your names with a countdown to get there.
